This shibir is open to not only over 50s but anyone nearing that age. It is a unique once in a year opportunity to meet swayamsevaks from across the UK.
Furthermore, swayamsevaks from outside the UK attend from joy of previous years.
The programmes will include light exercises and games, bauddhik, charcha, manoranjan and free time for walks and to mingle with participants.
